    Build Confidence

    Future Ready is a three‑week, community‑based program designed to help you rediscover your strengths and rebuild self‑belief in a safe, supportive environment.

    Through group activities, guided workshops, and encouragement from peers and mentors, participants grow their resilience, practice communication, and develop the confidence to take on new challenges.

    This focus on personal growth ensures that every step forward feels achievable and celebrated.

    Build Connections

    Develop essential workplace skills, explore career pathways, and create personalised plans for employment or further study—all in a safe, inclusive environment that values each person’s strengths and goals.

🌱 Future Ready 2026

Future Ready is a fully subsidised, three‑week program designed to help people build confidence, strengthen communication skills and take positive steps toward work, study or volunteering. Each intake brings together a small group of participants for hands‑on activities, practical learning and supportive conversations in a relaxed community setting.

Whether someone is returning to work, exploring new pathways or simply wanting to build their skills, Future Ready offers a friendly place to start.

Program structure

Future Ready runs across three weeks, with sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm.


Each intake begins with an information session where participants can meet the team, ask questions and decide if the program is right for them.
